Class description: Iyengar Yoga for Health Support offers a gentle, therapeutic approach rooted in the Iyengar method. This class is specifically designed to address particular health conditions and enhance overall well-being through safe, supported movement. 

Using props such as blankets, blocks, belts, wall ropes and chairs, each pose is carefully adapted to meet individual needs—making the practice accessible and effective for a wide range of conditions, including postural imbalances, scoliosis, back pain, stiffness, or age-related challenges.

Given these unique needs, the beginners and general classes are not suitable, making this specialized class the most appropriate option.

While the class isn’t a magic fix for long-term pain, it’s designed to help you build a better connection with your body over time. Through gentle, consistent practice, you’ll begin to understand your physical limits more clearly—fostering mindfulness, self-care, and a renewed sense of confidence in everyday movement.
