Class description: Our eight-week Introduction to Iyengar Yoga course is suitable for beginning students. In your twice-weekly sessions, you'll learn the fundamental postures and principles in small groups from an experienced Iyengar yoga teacher. Standing postures, forward bends, seated poses, twists, and Sarvangasana will all be covered in the lessons. The sessions will be well-paced, progressive, and customized to your specific requirements. All of the props will be provided.
