*Attendance is required; there are no class extensions if you miss a class.

How it works: After you book and complete the payment, you will receive an email confirmation with dates and availability for your appointment. You just pay for the classes you plan to attend; the price is per class. 

Class description: For all students with less than two years of experience in Iyengar yoga. Yoga postures from the Introductory syllabus are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. These classes are suitable for any age group.
