Class time: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM

*Attendance is required; there are no class extensions if you miss a class.

Class description: Students with at least four years of Iyengar yoga experience who can hold a steady Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for at least five minutes and have built an independent practice. Work will be more challenging than at the General class, with asanas being studied in greater depth.
